On the Road to Recovery

Yesterday, after lots of encouragement from my family I decided to go into my family doctor for a follow-up on the mono. My initial doctors visit was to a local Urgent Care, so I thought it would be wise if I just have my doctor check me out as well.

Evidently when one has mono you have to be concerned about the liver. Your liver can actually fail. My doctor took the necessary blood tests to check my liver. He just called to tell me that the blood tests indicate that my liver is okay and that I'm on the road to recover.
