Sugar and Spice....And Everything Nice

When the world around us seems to be falling apart and not even our elected officials can seem to make decisions, I find that locking myself in the kitchen and turning off the rest of the world is the best relaxation. I came across this recipe in a Costco cookbook. What's so great about this recipe is that I almost always have the ingredients on hand, even the pancake mix. Not only is the recipe extremely easy, but they are really yummy. Have you ever woken up on a Saturday morning with the desire to make a nice breakfast for your your family, but you were at a loss for what to make. These are great muffins to serve with eggs and bacon, or just by themselves.

Enjoy!!
