Do you ever have unexpected guests show up? Do you find yourself scrambling around to prepare a last minutes meal and dessert. My mother-in-law gave me the perfect suggestion for a last minute dessert that is EASY, pretty and FANTASTIC. Most of us have vanilla ice cream in our freezer. Why not pick up some fresh berries and Pepperidge Farm cookies.

Mix the rasberries (or any fresh berries) with sugar.

Pull out your favorite vanilla ice cream.

Top the ice cream with your berry mixture. Serve with your favorite cookie.
